• Regular OSHA-approved classes, CPR and First-aid training, RF awareness and Fall Protection Safety classes for employees
• Training in tower climbing safety and rescue by in-house  Comtrain certified trainers
• Monthly site inspections by an independent construction safety company, Northeast Safety Specialists
• Safety Incentive Policy that rewards employees for working safely
• Membership in the NATE/OSHA National Partnership, which gives NATE (National Association of Tower Erectors) members an opportunity to demonstrate their dedication to a higher level of safety.
