Steve joined Green Mountain as a project manager in 1996. He oversees and directs telecommunications construction projects for businesses, federal government entities, and state and local governments as well as government agencies. He communicates with government officials and senior management to keep things running smoothly, on budget, and up to the highest quality and safety standards.

Steve works closely with customers, property owners, building and regulatory officials, subcontractors, and outside vendors to meet any challenges and unique requirements of the jobs he manages.

Along with his 30 years of experience in the industry, Steve has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an OSHA 30 certification.
