Victor R. Drouin, President/Co-Founder & Owner

Mr. Drouin cofounded Green Mountain in 1993, originally under the name Drouin Communications Services. As president and co-founder of Green Mountain, Victor oversees all major business strategy decisions, develops and executes growth and development plans, and ensures that the company’s standards of quality are upheld. Victor’s vision for a company that delivers exceptional service, integrates the most advanced technologies, and supports its customers through end-to-end communication solutions is the foundation for the company and the guidelines by which the Green Mountain team operates on a daily basis.

Victor has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in designing wired/wireless communication solutions and management consultation. His passion for creating right-fit technology solutions for customers continues to set Green Mountain apart in the highly competitive communications industry.

Victor serves as a committee member on the advisory board of the Tower Industry Family Support Charitable Foundation and president of Back Bay Hockey.


Catherine D. Drouin, Vice President/Co-Founder & Owner

Ms. Drouin is the co-founder and vice president of Green Mountain. In this role, Catherine oversees all business operations and processes, creates and executes the company’s forward-thinking marketing and business development initiatives, and ensures that the company’s standards of quality are upheld. Catherine believes that customer service and exceptional integration of advanced technology solutions are paramount to long-term success, and has created a dynamic team of highly experienced professionals that upholds these standards of excellence.

Catherine has 30 years of experience in management and financial services, 27 of which have been in the telecommunications industry. Her enthusiastic leadership approach to streamlining operations and delivering a superior end product has created growth and success for the company as a whole.

Robert Covino, Controller

Mr. Covino joined Green Mountain as Controller in 2017. As the Controller of Green Mountain, Robert plays an important role in the creation, planning, and execution of the Company’s financial strategies and policies. Robert oversees all accounting functions and manages all financial activities.

Robert is a highly accomplished Controller with over two decades of revenue recognition, cash flow management, and international experience. He is a results-oriented leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask. This, coupled with exceptional communication skills, allows him to cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues and business partners. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance/Accounting from Saint Anselm College.


Stephanie M. Ballard, HR Manager, SPHR

Ms. Ballard joined Green Mountain as the HR generalist in 2005 and became HR manager in 2013. As HR manager, Stephanie is responsible for all of Green Mountain’s HR functions including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, as well as administering company policies. Stephanie works to maintain the company’s culture and employee performance by upholding company values, enhancing communication, and educating and counseling managers and employees on best practices. Stephanie supports all of Green Mountain’s departments by implementing human resource programs that resolve issues and work to identify policies that ensure employee satisfaction and good company morale.

Stephanie has over 16 years of experience in the human resources field with expertise in overseeing large, fast-paced companies and supporting a variety of departments. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College.
