Meet Our Safety Manager

As our dedicated in-house safety manager, Donny Randall brings 15 years of experience in the telecommunications tower industry. Donny conducts the in-house training program, internal safety audits, and policy review, development, and compliance engagement.

Prior to entering the telecommunications construction field, Donny served in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman and Cavalry Scout. He retired from the 96th Civil Affairs Battalion at Fort Bragg, NC, earning the rank of Sergeant First Class. After his time in the Army, Donny enrolled in the Warriors4Wireless training program. As a successful graduate of the program, he became a Warriors4Wireless instructor and trained over 160 veterans to enter the wireless infrastructure industry. During the course of his career in telecommunications construction, Donny has traveled the country climbing towers, water tanks, and other structures while progressing through the ranks of green hand, right-hand man, and foreman.

Donny earned his Associates Degree of General Studies from Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2013 and Certificates in Emergency Management and Business Management. He is an NWSA Certified Foreman, National Safety Council (NSC) First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, NSC Bloodborne/Airborne Pathogens Instructor, and a Safety LMS Train the Trainer. In addition, Donny is a member of the NATE Workforce Development Committee and a NATE WIN Liaison to New Hampshire.
