Construction Tower Technician

Pembroke, NH

About the Job

Green Mountain Communications is seeking a tower technician to join our climbing crew, which is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communications equipment across New England. This hands-on role involves working at heights to support the expansion and reliability of critical telecommunications infrastructure.

As a Green Mountain tower technician, you’ll be a part of a highly skilled, safety-focused team that values communication, collaboration, and precision. Unlike many companies in the industry, we prioritize regional work so our employees aren’t away from home for weeks at a time.

Green Mountain Communications is a 100% employee-owned company. That means as part of the team, you’ll be rewarded for your labor and contribution to the company’s success with a plan that shares stock ownership with all employees, so you can build long-term stability.

If you’re a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment and wants to grow a career in the telecoms industry, we want to hear from you.

Green Mountain also partners with ApprenticeshipNH, an initiative that supports workforce development in New Hampshire.
